CONNECTION PASTORS

As Connection Pastors, Shawn and Carla carry a deep passion for the Lord and love for families. They assist the lead pastors in shepherding and serving all who attend The Lift. Their primary goal is to help individuals and families connect at whatever level they desire at The Lift. Their priorities are to mentor, counsel and support covenant members of The Lift, and assist covenant members as they become more and more involved at The Lift. This includes leading the You Belong classes and Called to Serve training classes. Both Shawn and Carla serve on the preaching team, as well.
